It is with due respect and great pleasure that I present my internship report which is an incomplete prerequisite for my BBA program. “Recruitment and Selection Process of Pharmasia Ltd.” Frankly speaking, it is a great opportunity for me to gather all the inevitable records and approach the difficulty matter in a relevant and true source to make this report feasible. The report will provide a clear picture of the general characteristics of HR policies and practices at Pharmasia Ltd. Pharmasia Ltd recruitment and selection process.” It is fully prepared with my help immediately after completing my internship at Pharmasia Ltd HR.

This is to certify that Md.
