I would like to express our deepest gratitude to all faculty members and staff of the Faculty of Science and Information Technology at Daffodil International University. I also thank our families for their love and support, without their help it was impossible for me to complete this project. Existing system does not retain some criteria of existing system such as Smart Input & Update System, User Login System, Archive System, On-Air Log System, Report System, User Privilege System, etc.

Power User mode can insert, delete and update token, archive token and approve token. Admin user mode can insert, delete, update token, also can delete archived token, view streaming log, generate report and create new user. This project will describe the "Design and Development of a Television Ticker System" with detailed documentation. This documentation discusses the various techniques and tools used to perform an in-depth analysis of this project. The Unified Modeling Language provides a standard graphical representation used to visualize, specify, construct, and document the artifacts of a proposed project [1].

The existing system does not maintain some criteria of the TV ticker system, such as smart input and update system, user login system, archive system, live log system, user privilege system, etc.

A well-defined and secured database will be created where all the information will be kept for further processing. In this way, storing and finding any kind of information will be easy at any time. There will be easier manipulation as any kind of calculation that needs to be done will be automated to avoid any kind of wrong or duplicate value being stored in the database.

The operational level problems are no Smart Input & Update System, User Login System, Archive System, On-Air Log System, User Privilege System etc. So user can't handle it properly and some time they don't understand the working of the current system. The general advantages of the advanced software system are Smart Input & Update System, User Login System, Archive System, On-Air Log System, Report System, User Privilege System, etc.

The User mode can only import, delete and update ticker system and archive the ticker. It includes the Smart Input and Update System, User Login System, Archive System, On-Air Log System, User Privilege System, etc. in. If any user does wrong, it will be easier to find out the user who did it through log.

A feasibility study is an evaluation of a proposal designed to determine the difficulty of accomplishing a given task. In other words, a feasibility study is an assessment or analysis of the potential impact of a proposed project. Definition of Feasibility Studies: A feasibility study looks at the feasibility of an idea with an emphasis on identifying potential problems and trying to answer one key question: Will the idea work and should you go ahead with it.

But the users of the advanced software system are not very familiar with databases and need technical assistance from technical experts. However, the users of the advanced software system will be able to maintain the centralized database from their various computer terminals [5]. The users can only give input through the forms, it will be easy to learn and easy to handle.

When you enter the username and password of the "Login" form and click "Login" then open. The Ticker Handler form contains four menus, control panel, block, news type, onair summary, ready for onair summary, info text source, and control. "Air Log Form" contains data grid view, report generation button and search box with two types.

The Air Log Report form contains various data such as Type, On Air, Updated by, Approved by, Date, Time, Titles, etc. After clicking "Generate All" button from "On-Air Log" window then open "On-Air Log Report" Window. About” form contains some text and a button where you can know about the developer and close the about window.

The Rundown Sequence Update" form contains of datagridview and few buttons where you can see the current rundown sequence and change the current rundown sequence and close the Rundown Sequence Update window. The New User" form contains with few text boxes, few buttons and datagridview where you can see the created user and his other information and create, update and delete a new user and close the new user window.
