A fruitful telemedicine framework can be a model for further telemedicine-related ventures in the creation scene. We try to talk about fruitful use of telemedicine innovations and future impact in Bangladesh. In this article, we will show you some fruitful models of telemedicine innovation and talk about future expansion in Bangladesh.

But we can say that the use of telemedicine will make a significant contribution to the improvement of the health-related sector and definitely improve the current situation [3]. Technology has not been significantly introduced in the healthcare sector to provide perfect services, although the government of Bangladesh is trying to focus on that area to help with the help of non-governmental organizations [4]. We will examine perfect technologies in depth and generalize that satisfaction with telemedicine technologies needs to improve due to shortcomings in the methodology of the current standard.

It is a great regret that in Bangladesh there is no such practice in medical science. Our main focus is to provide cost effective technology which is possible to establish in Bangladesh in the future.

Objectives

If a computer engineer and a medical scientist work together to establish a complete model of telemedicine, then there are many opportunities for development. However, there are many technologies currently available that have some problems, such as being highly expensive to install and very complicated to operate. An AI based application that can detect the age of the patient and even when the patient is not capable of giving input, then he will understand the problem using voice guidance can be implemented as today's fast use of smart phones.

Thanks to the abundance of smart phones among ordinary people, they are incredibly useful for telemedicine purposes. From the 1990s, researchers are trying to set a model for telemedicine technology due to the rapid revolution in the clinical health sector. For this reason, the idea is to propose a perfect telemedicine technology model which is AI based application.

Contribution Summary

Thesis Outline

In this chapter we discuss various research work done by the researchers in Telemedicine technology related field. This emerges in light of the fact that the abnormal state of disease problems in more unfortunate countries exacerbates the issue of supporting adequate human services frameworks from their limited assets. However, there was only a limited response by the global network to the high disease problems in creating nations, and venture by more excessive nations in more unfortunate nations was lacking (Sachs 2001).

Welfare innovation exchange is a technique for the structure boundary: expert skills are given to neighborhood professionals, who will then be able to deliver benefits that will improve the nearby population's sustainability (Donald 1999). A hitherto unappreciated method of sharing innovation is the use of telemedicine as a type of correspondence and learning between experts in more extravagant and less fortunate nations. In this paper we note the reasons why Bangladesh should move for telemedicine and its degree in the future.

In addition, this part discusses the state-of-the-art journals with their weaknesses and strengths. In this paper, they focus on the importance of implementing telemedicine applications in Bangladesh with the latest technologies. According to this article, the architecture of telemedicine network can be connected with WBAN to the Internet of mobile system network.

This study, conducted by Johnston and others, entitled “The Cost-Effectiveness of Technology Transfer Using Telemedicine”, described that transferring systems between South Africa and the United Kingdom (UK) using teleophthalmology may be possible as a form of technology. This article has reported on practitioner experiences of convenience and cost-effectiveness surrounding a technology transfer project using teleophthalmology to provide specialist advice to practitioners in South Africa. For a developing country, start-up costs constituted the largest portion of total costs.

On the other hand, making a whole setup cost of around £27,000 in the health care system can be seen as an unpretentious investment for an industrialized based country [10].

Clinical Application and Wireless Sensor Network

Daffodil International University 7 Remote Sensor Network (WSN) is gradually becoming essential for monitoring patients both in the clinical setting and at home. Despite the growing use of remote connections in the wellness space and AAL frameworks, exam writing that evaluates the antecedents of these advancements is still rare. Continuous improvements in digitization and advancements in information pressure make it possible to transfer the enormous amount of data required for video at a significantly lower bit rate.

More than 7,000 teleradiology frames have been sold to date by two of the largest manufacturers (Image Data, San Antonio, Tex, oral correspondence, July 15, 1994, and Icon Medical Systems, Campbell, Calif, oral correspondence, July 15, 1994) . Military applications appear to be, by all accounts, being created in parallel with programs in the non-military personnel division. Despite the desire, many businessmen buy less change and are forced to withdraw from the effort by abandoning the warranty of the worried telecenter.

As all the business people could not be reached through the net, 10 of them are met top to bottom along with significant administration authorities and neighborhood illustrating the Upazilla from 16 UDCs of 4 locals. Be that as it may, the dimension of gear and administrations across the focus is different depending on the degree of help from the legislature, UP and the private accomplice company. Each of these factors is related to the salary of the business visionary with different sizes.

Daffodil International University 11 The creator claims that part of the data sources still could not give any great commitment due to the absence of convincing association of relevant accomplices. Thus, UISCs can undertake significant jobs in the event that we provide them with legal telemedicine display technology. If we can develop a proper telemedicine architecture, it may be possible to use these huge internet subscribers to improve the health sector in Bangladesh.

Here we have shared an exact number of UISCs and some of the related sectors which are using telemedicine in Bangladesh below in TABLE 2. In the proposed architecture first all time available doctors are connected with the patient who will automatically detect the age of the patient by using AI using camera. An AI-based application that identifies the patient's age using the camera.

Implemented Technologies

Daffodil International University 15 Micro Engineer Machine Systems (MEMS), which are another form of nano-technology, represent new opportunities for telemedicine. Another review suggested that the implementation of telemedicine is still not part of mainstream clinical services, or is not reported in the peer-reviewed literature. Given the fast-paced technology-driven environment of telemedicine can enable others to learn and understand how to implement sustainable services.

Another review reported that the most compelling published evidence currently regarding the effectiveness of telemedicine concerns teleradiology, teleneurosurgery (transmission of CT images prior to patient transfer), telepsychiatry, transmission of echocardiographic images, and the use of electronic referrals that enable e -email consultations and video conferences between primary and secondary health care providers [17]. The goal of TAM is also to provide an explanation of the determinants of computer acceptance that is general, able to explain user behavior across a wide range of end-user computer technologies and user populations, while being both parsimonious and theoretical. justified. A doctor stays at any place and patient too, they can easily communicate with others by video conferencing.

Due to lack of proper technological availability in rural areas, Government of Bangladesh decided to establish Union Digital Center called "Digital Dokan".

Comparative Analysis

Daffodil International University 20 VHF radio technology is not possible to establish in Bangladesh and it is not cost effective. Knowledge robots can open new opportunities in telemedicine, but it is very expensive to implement and at the moment it is not possible to operate in Bangladesh, but in the future it may be possible. Telemedicine has provided us tremendous support for our patient management system at CRP in Bangladesh [15].

Many doctors and specialists in Bangladesh practiced casual teleconsultation with their partners from different countries. 1999 The first telemedicine interface was built by the altruistic Swinfen Charitable Foundation in Bangladesh. He established a link between the Center for Rehabilitation of the Paralyzed (CRP) in Dhaka (the capital of Bangladesh) and the Royal Naval Hospital in Haslar, UK.

An evaluation of the 27 referrals during the first year of activity found that teleconsultation had been useful and practical. In view of the realization of the venture in Bangladesh, the Swinfen Charitable Trust has supplied computerized cameras and tripods to more medical clinics in other developing countries. Despite the fact that it is a secretly supported task, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare of the Government of Bangladesh has taken on a huge job in its implementation.

But the lack of government participation keeps the technology out of reach for the majority of the country's poor people. The company is backed by SPIDER. the Swedish Program for ICT in District Creation) for the period September 2007-December 2009 and is a joint effort with Grameen Correspondations, Bangladesh; The overall goal of the company is to improve the performance of rural welfare workers and increase access to social insurance administrations for the provincial poor in the Magura region of Bangladesh.

The broadcast media division in Bangladesh has had a tremendous explosion over the past two years.
