Introduction

Recently, the rapid improvement of innovation has presented us with another framework that replaces the old framework and makes it simpler in web based frameworks. An observation framework that coordinates each remaining type of these segments so that a constant response can be realized. Since these advances, the association currently does not need to focus when data administrations can reach anywhere.

Henceforth, this company gives and manufactures Automated School Payment Portal System (ASPPS) to Daffodil International University, Dhaka Campus with the advancement of the web framework, which will thus improve the professionalism and relevance of the faculty.

Explanation of the Problem

Institution for consultation and the student must pay a fee for consultation and teaching expenses. Still, the issue is that the number of students who become unusually populated in the long run makes the enrollment time horrendous and the collection of school fees and hostel accommodation an absolutely monotonous exercise. The current package of expenses for school expenses and accommodation at Daffodil International University, at Dhaka Campus, each and every one of the students must remain in line at the time located at the top of the structure to pay the monetary basis of payment.

If the understudy wants to create another exchange ID and then send it back to the monetary organization. This technique poses many problems due to the reality that many students have to arrange in unlimited queues at banks where so many surprising events could possibly take place. A student might lose his/her money; getting worn out by tension and so many different occasions.

There are many things that can happen during the manual process of providing payment to the educational institutions. Most college students in the course of registration are usually resident and could come back to high school for registration due to the fact that maximum banks outside of Dhaka now no longer offer this system.

Applications are an electronic application that must be facilitated on a web worker and which passes to a data set worker. The client on a web interface makes a web request, which is received by the web worker. The web worker measures the call and interfaces with the dataset worker using SQL installed in PHP scripts.

The APPS framework consists of three unique parts which are Student Interface, Administrator Interface and Bank Interface. The student interface provides the utility that enables an understudy to pay his/her school expenses, view his/her installment finities, check balance, get crouch convenience and change secret phrase. Furthermore, the admin interface allows the manager to make another sub-study, update sub-study school fees, update meeting and level and additionally view sub-studies and convenience.

Ultimately, the Bank interface allows a specialist to hire an understudy, confirm that he can save an understudy store at whatever point an understudy saves in his/her file. This is an interface between the customer and the framework that allows the customer to enter information. Information entry is largely done via the standard terminal console or with the mouse if combo boxes, alternative records (or order catches) exist.

Student -: Registration form that requires a username (registration number) and password, after registration there is a tuition payment form that allows the student to pay tuition fees, an accommodation form that allows the student to be accommodated in a hostel and finally a password change form, which allows changing existing passwords, etc. Administrator: A login structure that requires a username and password, after login, there is a structure that allows the chairman to make new substitutes, a meeting refresh structure, and another structure to refresh levels and school fees, etc. When a professional logs in, they can see the student's profile, save the cash amount to the student's record, print a meal receipt, and view the student's store history.

The framework will recognize the legitimate contribution of enrolled students in the payment of installments from customers who wish to pay expenses online. The framework will handle installment cost exchanges by crediting compensation accounts with a predetermined amount on each exchange. The framework should not be difficult to learn for both modern and amateur clients.
