INFORMATION FOR TENDERER 17 Brief Description of Assignment
BDU is a newly established public university in Bangladesh. BDU wants to setup a new data management and analytics laboratory for big-data analytics, data mining and data science for education, research and development purpose of BDU’s teachers and students.
Supply, installation, commissioning of data management and analytics laboratory with related hardware, software, furniture and training.
Proper training for all data management and analytics laboratory related hardware, software, tools and techniques.
Provide user manual and training materials in print form and visual form.
18 Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required
1. Must have minimum 08 (eight) years of working experience in the relevant field.
2. Must have valid updated trade license, TIN & BIN. In case of limited company must be registered with RJSC
3. Must have at least 01 project completed successfully with university/bank/financial institute/telecom for supply, installation and commissioning of big data lab/data centre equipment value at least 5 crore BDT in the last 02 years.
Copy of PO and project completion certificate must be submitted with the document.
4. Must have completed at least 01 government project successfully for supply and implementation of cyber security system/cyber security software whose value no less than 03 crore within last 02 years.
5. Must have experienced in local training project with the government whose minimum value 02 crore in a single work order.
6. Audit report of previous 03 years. Annual turnover of the firm should not be less than 6 crore in every year.
7. The tenderer must have adequate qualified resources and logistics capabilities to carry out the assignments. Lists of the resources with their experience and expertise must submit along with their resume.
8. The minimum amount of liquid asset/credit line of the firm shall be at least 05 crore (certificate for providing liquid asset/credit line must be issued within 01 month from the date of tender publication).
9. Must have BASIS and Bangladesh computer samity (BCS) membership.
10. Must have ISO 9001:2015 and 27001:2013.
11. Documents demonstrating the management/operation capacity of the firm (company profile and other documents describe the company expertise, experience and strength, similar assignment of project experience).
12. Must have experience in lab room design and decoration.
