The purpose of dyeing is the uniform coloring of the mass of fibers that make up the material. Any significant difference in color from that requested by the customer and any unevenness in the color of a fabric will be immediately visible. Dyeing with a soluble precursor to the dye, which forms an insoluble pigment deep within the fibers when treated after dyeing.

It is nothing but a kind of engineering art that includes all the measurements of the particular style. Fabric spreading is a very important part of the production process, because it is the basis for obtaining a high-quality final product. Spreading is the process of unrolling large rolls of fabric on long, wide tables in preparation for cutting each piece of a garment.
The number of fabric layers is dictated by the number of layers desired and the thickness of the fabric. STORE & INVENTORY
