Production Process & Sequences
The material must be neutralized to remove alkaline condition at room temperature by acid washing for 15 min and rinsing will continue for 10 min. Softener is used to soften the fabric and it improves the hand feel. The bath is first set to 50° C and takes the right volume of water into the dye bath.
For the first scrubbing, bleaching chemicals are added to the bath and they are treated at 98°C for 60'. First of all, these two chemicals are taken and treated at normal temperature for 30 min.

Soft wound packages are wrapped in a perforated steel tube through which the liquor can be spread from inside the coils. Through booster pump, treated water is supplied to the paint m/c pipeline, where 4 kg pressure is always kept constant by automatic control of booster pumps. Steam produced by the boiler. Then reserves water to the feed water tank and this feed water tank heats the water Then water goes to the boiler which produces steam and supplies that steam to the factory. Then the water slowly falls through a compressed air together with some vapors is transferred to the reservoir where the vapors are condensed &.
The moist compressed air is transferred to the dryer and a light warm compressed air is supplied to need parts KCL. If they are found to be of the required quality, they are taken to storage by the storekeeper. Gray fabric is first sent to the QC department for quality assurance and then taken to the warehouse.
It is controlled by the completion manager who keeps a list of the total finished product.
