ABSTRACT
Indonesia is an agrarian contry which have a fertyle land and resources
for developing ti increase the econimy growth to achieve the advance
economical that to support income per capita increasing. Beside that Indonesia
has the people very much, hence the jobless is one of the people probems in
our contry that occur.
There fore, the state is subsector from agriculture in the nexll: time is
expected can to absorb much labour. By descreasing the jobless also in income
per capita increase.
In this seription writer explain PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Kebun Bah
Birung
Ulu, how the role of Tea there is lies in Sidamanik Districk to absorb
amount of worker there are in the Sidamanik Districk. And corelatio between
income level and worker absorbtion is especially women in the
Tea PT.

The method is used to analysist the data is corelation analysist method,
and order to hypothesis analysing and base on analsing result eventually the
Tea. PT. Nusantara IV Kabun Bah Birung Ulu more important in role to absorb
the
worker in the Sidamanik Districk, and it is known that income level in PT.
