ABSTRACT

FTMK Graduates Marketability System (FTMK GMS) is an analysis system that

has been developed for Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Kolej

University Teknikal Kebangsaan Malaysia to determine graduates marketability. The

main problem is all graduates information has been captured manually using a paper

based approach. Therefore, the time needed to capture the information is longer and the

process of analysis will become harder. This method was less efficiency and will lead to

many problems especially in analysis making. Therefore, FTMK Graduates

Marketability System aims to solve the problem identified. The system consist of five

modules which is login, record graduates information, queries information, analysis

making and report generation. This system applied system developments methodology

which is using Waterfall model and Database Life Cycle. This system will be

implemented using MySQL as a Database Management System and PHP.
