ABSTRAKSI
Penerapan pengolahan data secara terkomputerisasi didepartemen personalia dapat mewujudkan kelancaran dalam fungsi operasional yang meliputi proses administrasi, proses penggajian,dan proses evaluasi karyawan, maka dengan menerapkan sistem tersebut masalahmasalah yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan karyawan yang terjadi setiap hari bisa terselesaikan dengan baik dan mampu memberikan informasi yang bermanfaat dalam bentuk tabel berbagai laporan juga dalam menangani produktifitas kerja para karyawan. Dengan penyusunan prosedur kerja yang sistematik membantu mengefisienkan tenaga kerja, memberikan keamanan terhadap program yaitu berupa password pada awal proses sehingga bagi user yang tidak berkepentingan tidak akan bisa untuk mengakses. Sistem ini juga memberikan peluang atau kesempatan untuk pengembangan sistem yang menuju kearah yang lebih baik.
ABSTRACT
Data processing application computerized in personnel department can actualize the function operational runway which surrounding the administration process, salary process and evaluating process of employees. By using those, kinds of system the problems that recently happen with the activity of employees can be solve and also it could give an advantage information in type of report tables, even in handle the productivity of employees. With formation the systematic of work procedure could help effisience the activity of work, giving the secure program by
passwording in the first process so to another user who unnecessary could not acces. This system also giving the chances to increase the system to a better way.
