Perhitungan :

Dalam penelitian ini digunakan suhu 40 oC selama 30 hari, maka jika dikonversikan pada suhu kamar (25 oC) menjadi :

QT/10 = 2

ts (T2) = 40 hari

Suhu kamar (T1) = 25 oC Suhu penelitian (T2) = 50 oC

T = T2 – T1 = 15 oC

ts (T1) = ts (T2) x Q T/10 = 40 hari x 2 25/10 = 226,27 hari
