Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menghasilkan modul pembelajaran IPA berbasis STM terintegrasi nilai Islam yang layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPA di SMP/MTs, dan (2) mengetahui perbedaan sikap spiritual, keterampilan proses dan pemahaman konsep siswa yang menggunakan modul pembelajaran IPA berbasis STM terintegrasi nilai Islam dengan siswa tanpa menggunakan modul pembelajaran.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan mengadaptasi model Borg & Gall (1983). Prosedur meliputi sepuluh langkah yaitu (1) penelitian pendahuluan dan pengumpulan informasi; (2) perencanaan; (3) pengembangan produk awal; (4) validasi produk awal; (5) uji coba terbatas; (6) revisi; (7) uji coba lapangan; (8) revisi; (9) produk utama; (10) diseminasi terbatas. Penelitian bertempat di MTs Negeri Arjasa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar validasi modul pembelajaran, angket, lembar observasi sikap spiritual,penilaian diri sikap spiritual, lembar observasi keterampilan proses sains, dan tes (pre-test dan post-test). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah menghitung skor rata-rata yang dikategorisasi dan uji T dengan program SPSS 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) modul pembelajaran IPA berbasis STM terintegrasi nilai Islam layak digunakan berdasarkan validasi ahli modul, guru IPA dan teman sejawat. (2) tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan sikap spiritual antara siswa yang menggunakan modul pembelajaran IPA berbasis STM terintegrasi nilai Islam dengan siswa yang tanpa modul, tetapi terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada keterampilan proses dan pemahaman konsep.

This study aims to: (1) develope science teaching module based on Islamic value integrated STS that is ready to use in science teaching in SMP/MTs, and (2) know the difference of spiritual attitude, science process skill and understanding concept of students who use science module teaching based islamic value integrated STS and without using teaching module.
This is research and development adapting the Borg and Gall model (1983). The procedure includes ten steps: (1) research and information collecting, (2) planning, (3) first product development, (4) validation, (5) main field testing, (6) main product revision, (7) operational field testing, (8) operational product revision, (9) final product, and (10) limited dissemination. The study took place in MTs Negeri Arjasa. The data were collected by using validation sheets of teaching module, questionnaires, observation sheets, and tests (pre-test and post-test). The analysis technique that is coducted by counting the average score that is categorized and t-test with the program SPSS 16.
The results show that: (1) the science teaching module based on Islam Value integrated STS is reasonable based on expert validation, science teachers and peers. (2) there is no significant difference in spiritual attitude between the students who use science module teaching based islamic value integrated STS from those who do not, but there is significant difference in science process skills and understanding of concept.
