OPTIMASI BIAYA PRODUKSI BIBIT UDANG PUTIH DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE SIMPLEKS
(Studi Kasus: PT. Surya Windu Pertiwi)
ABSTRAK
Optimasi adalah aktivitas untuk mendapatkan hasil terbaik di bawah keadaan yang diberikan. Program linier sebagai suatu metode untuk memecahkan persoalan-persoalan optimasi di dalam pembatasan-pembatasan yang merupakan alat ampuh bagi pembuat keputusan untuk membuat keputusan terbaik berdasarkan hasil pemecahan yang terbaik dari persoalan optimasi. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan data berupa biaya produksi dari 20 kolam bibit udang putih pada PT. Surya Windu Pertiwi. Kemudian penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan biaya produksi dengan menggunakan metode program linier yaitu metode simpleks dengan bantuan software POM-QM. Pada kondisi aktual total biaya produksi dari 20 kolam bibit udang putih adalah sebesar Rp770.846.924,00, sementara dari hasil penyelesaian dengan metode simpleks diperoleh total biaya produksi sebesar Rp583.795.404,00. Dengan demikian perusahaan dapat menghemat biaya produksi sebesar Rp187.051.520,00.

OPTIMIZATION WHITE SHRIMP SEED PRODUCTION COSTS USING SIMPLEX METHOD

ABSTRACT
Optimization is an activity to get the best results under the given conditions. Linear programming as a method for solving optimization problems within the restrictions that are a powerful tool for decision makers to make the best decisions based on the best solution of the optimization problem. In this study, researchers used data such as cost of production of 20 seed pools of white shrimp in PT. Surya Pertiwi Windu. Then, this research aims to optimize production costs by using linear programming method that the simplex method with the help of software POM-QM. In the actual condition of the total production cost of 20 white shrimp seed pool amounted Rp770.846.924,00, while the results of the completion of the simplex method obtained total production cost Rp583.795.404,00. Thus the Vendor can save production costs by Rp187.051.520,00.
