ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses on the movement of students of Moslem on the ban of
veil using during 1982—1991. This study use history methode and shows that by
release of The Decree No. 052/C/ Kep/D.82 released as a guidance on school uniform rule nationally to all schools and under The Department of Education. The decree was used by headmaster to ban veil using toward students. Finally in 1991 The Department Of Education release of The Decree No. 100/C/Kep/D/1991 which allowed student to use veil was the result of moslem and their movements' struggle among others demontration and dialogue with The Department Of Education to get freedom of veil using. And related parties that support the movement of students veil using without disturbing students' activities when they are studying at school.
