Ayam adaptasi ransum perlakuan selama 1 hari
Dipuasakan selama 24 jam
15 ekor diberi pakan perlakuan 3 ekor dipuasakan lagi selama 24 jam
(120 gram / ekor / hari selama 3 hari)
Koleksi ekskreta setiap pagi hari Koleksi ekskreta selama 1 hari
(selama 3 hari)
Penimbangan ekskreta
Pembekuan ekskreta
Pelumeran ekskreta
Pengeringan ekskreta dalam oven 60°C ± 24 jam
Penimbangan ekskreta setelah dibersihkan dari kotoran dan bulu
Dihaluskan (digiling)
Dianalisis di Lab
(Nitrogen dan Energi Bruto dari ransum dan ekskreta)
