SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENILAIAN KESEHATAN KOPERASI SIMPAN PINJAM / UNIT SIMPAN PINJAM PADA DINAS PELAYANAN KOPERASI & UKM PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH

ABSTRACT
A Cooperative Service Department and UKM of Central Java Province are departments which one of the main job and its function is constructing both cooperation and UKM among others is constructing Saving and Loan Cooperative / Saving and Loan Unit (hereinafter is referred to KSP/USP) in which as a Financial Institution is operating in a Sector Financial Service have an estremely vital position particularl in supporting a real sector. The performance on KSP/USP can be recognized by assessing a health level of cooperative. Based on data which obtained from a Cooperative Service Department and UKM of Central Java Province per 2006, it is khown that KSP/USP-constructed that spread on 35 regencies/municipals
are 7.276 unis. Whereas, a health assessment toward KSP/USP was implemented regularly, every year and by looling amount of unit of KSP/USP-constructed is not possibly to use a manual system. It is the time a decision support system is required to determine a health level of KSP/USP.
The research aims to make a system to give information shich may support Cooperatie Service Department and UKM of Central Java Province’s decision in determining a health level of KSP/USP. Methodology which used is Prototyping. A model shich used is CAMEL.
The research result is the forming of data basis management that would be used to a decision support system to determine a health level of KSP/USP, the forming of decision system is performing quickly and accuretely due to a health assesment of KSP/USP and the speed of report presentation of cooperativeconstructed health growth on both Cooperative Service Department & UKM of Central Java Province.

Sebuah Departemen Pelayanan Koperasi dan UKM Provinsi Jawa Tengah adalah departemen yang salah satu tugas pokok dan fungsinya adalah membangun baik kerjasama dan UKM antara lain adalah membangun Menyimpan dan Kredit Koperasi / Tabungan dan Satuan Kredit (selanjutnya disebut KSP / USP ) di mana sebagai Financial Lembaga beroperasi dalam Jasa Keuangan Sektor memiliki particularl posisi estremely penting dalam mendukung sektor riil . Kinerja pada KSP / USP dapat dikenali dengan menilai tingkat kesehatan koperasi. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari Departemen Pelayanan Koperasi dan UKM Tengah Provinsi Jawa per 2006 , itu khown bahwa KSP / USP - dibangun yang tersebar di 35 kabupaten / kota adalah 7,276 unis . Sedangkan , penilaian kesehatan terhadap KSP / USP dilaksanakan secara rutin , setiap tahun dan dengan jumlah looling unit KSP / USP - dibangun tidak mungkin untuk menggunakan sistem manual. Ini adalah waktu sistem pendukung keputusan diperlukan untuk menentukan tingkat kesehatan KSP / USP .
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem untuk memberikan informasi shich mungkin mendukung Layanan Cooperatie Departemen dan UKM keputusan Provinsi Jawa Tengah dalam menentukan tingkat kesehatan KSP / USP . Metodologi yang digunakan adalah Prototyping . Sebuah model shich digunakan adalah CAMEL .
Hasil penelitian ini adalah terbentuknya pengelolaan data dasar yang akan digunakan untuk pendukung keputusansistem untuk menentukan tingkat kesehatan KSP / USP ,
terbentuknya sistem pengambilan keputusan adalah melakukan dengan cepat dan accuretely karena assesment kesehatan KSP / USP dan kecepatan penyajian laporan cooperativeconstructed Pertumbuhan kesehatan pada kedua Departemen Layanan & UKM Provinsi Jawa Tengah Koperasi .
