Dengan adanya website Wealth Management Standard Chartered Bank, maka terdapat beberapa perbedaan antara sistem yang berjalan sekarang dengan sistem pelayanan dengan adanya website perusahaan. Perbedaan disini memperlihatkan sebuah layanan yang lebih efisien dan nyaman bagi sebagian besar nasabah Wealth Management SCB yang sibuk, sehingga mereka tidak lagi terlalu bergantung pada peran Relationship Manager mereka. Di lain pihak, bagi perusahaan website ini juga memungkinkan mereka untuk memberikan nilai tambahan (Added Value) pada layanan mereka serta mempersingkat waktu dan biaya dalam menyampaikan informasi kepada para nasabah.
4.3.1 Keuntungan Bagi Konsumen Dengan Adanya CRM Berbasis Web pada Wealth Management SCB
Dengan adanya website Wealth Management SCB, maka ada beberapa keuntungan yang dapat diperoleh konsumen antara lain :
• Bagi nasabah yang tergolong awam dalam membuat perhitungan-perhitungan investasi, maka dengan adanya menu Top 5 Fund sangat membantu mereka dalam menentukan pilihan investasi mereka.
• Bagi nasabah yang senantiasa selalu berpergian, mereka dapat selalu memantau perkembangan investasi mereka dimanapun mereka berada tanpa harus mengangkat telepon.
• Dalam memantau kinerja produk investasi mereka, nasabah dapat dengan mudah melihat kinerja bulan per bulan dari produk mereka serta membandingkannya dengan kinerja produk lain di menu Monthly Return tanpa harus mencatat NAV setiap hari.
