1. The Republic of Indonesia has received a financing from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) in various currencies towards the cost of The Development of Four Higher Education Institution Project. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this financing will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for “The Construction of Integrated Laboratories, Agrotechnopark complex, and Auditorium of the University of Jember”
2. The University of Jember now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction and completion of five integrated laboratories (each building six floors); auditorium (three floors); and agrotechnopark complex (including training centre, dormitory, product storage, pilot industry for bio fertilizer, limited field trial facilities, tenant facilities, public facilities), and its supporting infrastructures. 3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the

4. A complete set of bidding documents must be downloaded from htpp://www.lpse. unej.ac.id/eproc/
5. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the Islamic Development Bank Standard Bidding Documents: Procurement of Works.
6. Bids must be uploaded to the above website, and it must be accompanied by a bid security of IDR 3,000,000,000.00 (three billion Indonesian Rupiahs), which must be sent to ULP. The due date of bid submission is September 18, 2017 at 16.00 local time (GMT+7).
7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 16.30 local time on September 18, 2017 at the office of Procurement Committee at CDAST Building UNEJ, Jl. Kalimantan 37 6th Floor (PIU-Office), Jember 68121.
