PREFACE
First, I would like to say thank to ALLAH SWT for all the blessing and the chance given to me. I would also like to say thank to all people who support and encourage me in writing and finishing this final research report entitled
“TICKETING AND TOUR PACKAGE IN ROSALIA INDAH TOUR AND
TRAVEL”
The main reason that attracts me to write this final project report is to know business activities in Rosalia Indah Tour and Travel. I think that it is interesting to present the activities to the readers because they will know about ticketing and tour package in Rosalia Indah Tour and Travel. Problems and solutions are also discussed in this final project, so the readers will know details about ticketing and tour package in Rosalia Indah Tour and Travel. They will know how to make a ticket reservation, how to order a ticket, etc because sometimes the people don’t know about that things, then they will know more about tour package in Rosalia Indah Tour and Travel, how to buy it, how to make a good tour package, etc. Sometimes the people want to have their own travel agent, so this will be useful.
I realize that this final project report is still far from being perfect so advice and criticism are openly acceptable to make this report better in the future.

This final project is written based on the job training in Rosalia Indah Tour and Travel. The aim of this final project is to describe and explain ticketing and tour package in Rosalia Indah Tour and Travel.
Ticketing is a tourism industry in Rosalia Indah Tour and Travel, selling tickets to the customers. Tour package is also a tourism industry in Rosalia Indah Tour and Travel, selling tour packages to the customers.
Many problems are found during the job training such as making a ticket reservation, issuing the ticket and making a tour package.
