ABSTRAK
Latar belakang:Pada wanita menopause, kadar estrogen yang menurun penanda hilangnya fungsi ovarium. Keadaan hipoestrogen meningkatkan resiko terjadinya osteoporosis.
Tujuan:Mengetahui korelasi antara kadar serum estradiol dengan Klasifikasi Resiko Osteoporosis OSTA (Osteoporosis Self Assessment Tools for Asian) pada wanita menopause.
Metode:Penelitian case series. Dilakukan pemeriksaan serum estradiol dengan metode ELISA pada wanita menopause dan klasifikasi risiko osteoporosis OSTA dengan total 47 sampel, di RSUP. H.Adam malik, RSUD dr. Pirngadi, dan RSU Jejaring, Penelitian dimulai bulan Mei hingga Desember 2016. Data dianalisis secara statistik, dan dilakukan dengan uji spearman.
Hasil:Rerata kadar estradio wanita menopause 18,62±16,85 ng/ml dengan skor risiko osteoporosis OSTA 2,09±2,45. Dijumpai korelasi positif bermakna antara estradiol dan risiko osteoporosis OSTA dengan kekuatan korelasi r=0,825 dan p<0,05.
Kesimpulan:Terdapat korelasi positif yang sangat kuat antara kadar serum estradiol dengan risiko osteoporosi OSTA.

ABSTRACT
Background and Objective: In menopausal women estrogen levels decreased markers of loss of ovarian function. Hipoestrogen circumstance increase the risk of osteoporosis. To determine correlation between serum estradiol levels with osteoporosis risk classification OSTA (Osteoporosis Self Assessment Tools For Asian) in menopausal women.
Method: Case series research. Evaluation of serum Estradiol levels by ELISA, of menopausal women and osteoporosis risk classification OSTA with total of 47 samples, at Adam Malik, Pirngadi, and Satelite of USU Hospitals, from May to December 2016. Data were statistically analyzed, with Spearman test.
Result: The mean serum levels of estradiol is 18.62±16.85 ng/ml and risk of osteoporosis OSTA score 2.09±2.45. There is a positive correlation between estradiol and risk of osteoporosis OSTA (r=0.825 and P <0.05) Conclusion: There were significant differences in serum levels of IL-6 normotensive group and preeclampsia.
