Imunologi  To ensure at least 70% of postgraduate students successfully complete their programmes within the stipulated duration.

 To ensure at least 70% of final year postgraduate students present their research findings at scientific meetings.

ORL-NHS  At least 80% of undergraduate student pass their end of posting assessment.

Fisiologi  At least 80% of lectures and practical classes will be conducted according to the time table.

Bhg Pentadbiran  Menerima kertas soalan yang telah lengkap isi kandungan daripada Bahagian Akademik/ Bahagian Siswazah PPSP selewat-lewatnya 2 hari bekerja sebelum tarikh peperiksaan berlangsung untuk proses percetakan.

 Memastikan semua borang pesanan (P/O) dikeluarkan dalam masa 7 hari bekerja setelah mendapat kelulusan Dekan.

 Memastikan sekurang-kurangnya 80% daripada item yang telah dikenalpasti pembelian dibawah vot 35000 dapat diselesaikan pengeluaran borang pesanan pembelian sebelum penghujung bulan ogos.

 Memastikan status permohonan daripada stor pusat PPSP dimaklumkan kepada pemohon dalam masa 2 hari bekerja.

Psikiatri  Ratio of postgraduate to lecturer not more than 3:1.

 Percentage of international postgraduates is at Ieast 2%.(Peratus pelajar lepasan ijazah antarabangsa adalah sekurang-kurangnya 2%).

 At least 80% of eligible lecturers supervise a minimunr of one postgraduate student in research dissertation.

(Sekurang-kurangnya 80% pensyarah yang berkelayakan menyelia seorang pelajar lepasan ijazah di dalam penyelidikan diserlasi)

Bahagian

Penyelidikan  Sekurang-kurangnya 90% daripada permohonan perakuan menjalankan penyelidikan yang dihantar ke Bahagian Penyelidikan PPSP akan dimajukan kepada penilai (AJK, JKP) dalam tempoh 2 minggu dari tarikh borang permohonan yang lengkap diterima.

 Memastikan sekurang-kurangnya 80% borang pesanan (LPO) untuk pembelian vot 27000 dapat dikembalikan kepada penyelidik untuk tindakan dalam masa 7 hari bekerja setelah mendapat kelulusan Timbalan Dekan Penyelidikan.

 Memastikan sekurang-kurangnya 80% daripada

permohonan pembelian asset vot 35000 (Secara terus yang bernilai antara RM1000 – RM49,999) dapat

dikembalikan Borang Pesanan (LPO) kepada penyelidik untuk tindakan dalam masa 10 hari bekerja selepas mendapat kelulusan Timbalan dekan Penyelidikan.

 Memastikan sekurang-kurangnya 85% daripada laporan akhir Geran USM Jangka pendek yang diterima (lengkap) dapat di bawa ke Mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Penyelidikan PPSP dalam tempoh 2 bulan.

Elektif  Kesemua pelajar telah menghantar kertas cadangan (bagi pelajar tahun 3 dan tahun 4) selewat-lewatnya 2 BULAN sebelum tarikh elektif bermula
