The purpose of this observation isto know the role of scriptwriter in
Audiozine program on MARA 106.7 FM Radio andknowing all of the
scriptwriter’s activities in every day. The resea rch method used in this writing is
descriptive method, that is describing the role a nd authority of Scriptwriter in
Audiozine program on MARA 106.7 FM Radio that describe the activities that
writers did when doing the job training at MARA 106.7 FM Radio. The Technique
of collecting data through observation and interview.The conclusion of this
observation shows that Scriptwriter in Audiozine on MARA 106.7 FM Radio has
an inappropriate taskstoward the real job desk, yet still could do it well. The
quantity of the people that limited and lean less than a criteria in a organisation
structural standard. This ca se
