AMENDMENT TO THE ATTACHMENT TO THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE NO.558/MPP/KEP/12/1998 ON GENERAL PROVISIONS
IN THE EXPORT SECTOR

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE, Considering
a.that within the framework of national economic reform and enhancing competitiveness as vvell as ensuring business certainty, it is deemed necessary to amend the attachment to the Decree of the industry and Trade No.558/MPP/Kep/1 211 998 by changing the status of certain goods originally belonging to the groups of goods subject to export control and bans into goods for free exports;
b. that for this purpose it is necessary to issue a decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade to this effect.
in view of :
The Decree of the industry and Trade No.558/MPP/Kep/1 211 998 on general provisions in the export sector.
To stipulate:
THE DECR,. 1 OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE CONCERNING AMENDMENT TO THE ATTACHMENT TO THE DECRT:E OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE NO.558/MPPIKEP/1211998 ON GENERAL PROVISIONS IN THE EXPORT SECTOR.
Article 1.
To amend the attachment to the Decree of the Industry and Trade NO.558/MPP/Kep/1211998 so that it shall become as contained in the attachment to this decree.
Article 2.
The export provisions as stipulated in the Decree of the Industry and Trade No.558/MPP/Kep/1211998 shall remain valid.
Article 3.
This decree shall come into force as from the date of stipulation.
Indonesia. For public cognizance, this decree shall be anrrounced by publishing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of
