Sekolah Kebangsaaan Seri Sentosa is organising a carnival on child safety and protection on 13 August from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The organising committee is inviting all the pupils and parents to join hands to raise awareness and educate everyone on the importance of child safety and protection. The carnival will be held at the school hall.
Activities include a talk on staying safe, a poster competition, self- defence demonstrations, and parenting advice. Admission is free.

Spicy, briny, bold and invigorating are all words used to describe Korean food. Korean food gets its characteristic kick from the hot chillies, garlic, ginger, soy sauce and sesame in its preparation. Many of the side dishes are pickled. We
are alwaYs ready to share with family, friends and classmates.
Bibimbap: A bowl of rice topped with mixed vegetables and a fresh egg. It is simple, healthy and tasty.
Kimchi: One of the world’s top health foods. Koreans eat an average of 35 kilos yearly. Don’t miss out this national side dish.
Bulgogi: Thinly sliced and deliciously marinated grilled beef provides a great introduction to Korean food.
Tteokbokki: Chewy rice cakes simmered in a sweet spicy sauce with green onions and bite-sized
fish cakes is my number 1 Korean street food.
