ABSTRACT
This research is purposed to analyze optimal stock at UD Berkah Dalem, Salatiga. The benefit of this research is to help the company in maximize the optimal stocks with EOQ method so the operational of company will be optimal and increasing the net income in the future. Source of data used are primary data and secondary data. Technique analysis used is EOQ method with the calculation of safety stock, reorder point, and total inventory cost. Based on the result and discussion, the conclusion of this research is when EOQ reach the level of 3.89 ton per month with the safety stock 2.25 ton so the optimal TIC (total inventory cost) will be reach.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisis tingkat persediaan optimal
pada Usaha Mikro Lapak Rosok UD Berkah Dalem. Berdasarkan pada hasil analisis dan
pembahasan maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut : analisis tingkat persediaan optimal
pada Usaha Mikro Lapak Rosok UD Berkah Dalem adalah ketika EOQ sebesar 3.89 ton per
bulan dengan safety stock sebesar 2.25 ton sehingga akan meminimalkan nilai TIC. Nilai TIC
untuk setiap bulannya berfluktuasi atau mengalami naik dan turun sehingga dari bulan Januari
hingga Desember mengalami perbedaan untuk TIC. Apabila semakin optimal pembelian melalui
perhitungan EOQ maka akan tercapai pula total biaya persediaan (TIC) optimal.
