EXPORT CHECK PRICES (HPE) OF OIL PALM, PALM OIL AND THEIR DERIVATIVE PRODUCTS

In connection with the expiration of validity of Export Check Prices (HPE) of oil palm, palm oil and their derivative products and in order to follow up our letter No. 229/DJ-PLN/VIII/2001 dated August 8, 2001, we herewith submit the new HPE of the commodities (enclosed), which comes into force from September 13 to October 12, 2001.
All working units within the Regional Offices of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise/Customs and Excise Service Offices in regions are expected to use the HPE for stipulating export tax upon the submission of Export Declarations to foreign exchange banks and the registration at the Customs and Excise Service Offices.
