(2) Failing to fulfill the obligations as meant in letter a points (1) and (2) not later than 30 (thirty) working days as from the date of revocation;

(1) as meant in letters b, c and d are done by Heads of Regional Offices of the Ministry of Industry and Trade where API are issued;
