REVOCATION OF THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE NO. 32/MPP/Kep/1/1998
ON THE EXPORT OF SAWN TIMBER AND WOOD PRODUCTS
(Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 183/MPP/Kep/4/1998 dated April 20, 1998)
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
Considering :
a. That within the fremework of implementing national economic reforms and
business reordering as well as supporting the effort to conserve natural
resources as a contribution to global environmental quality, it is necessary to
stipulate provisions on the export of sawn timber and wood products ;
b. That the timber industry provides very wide job opportunities particularly for
the common people, so that the export of sawn timber and wood products
needs to be promoted ;
c. That in this connection, it is necessary to issue a decree of the Minister of
Industry and Trade.
In View of :
1. The Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No.182/MPP/Kep/4/1998
on general provisions in the export sector ;
2. The Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No.186/MPP/Kep/4/1998

To stipulate:
THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE CONCERNING REVOCATION OF THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE NO.34/MPP/Kep/1/1998 ON THE EXPORT OF SAWN TIMBER AND WOOD PRODUCTS.
Article 1
To revoke the Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade
No.32/MPP/Kep/1/1998 on the export of sawn timber and wood products.
Article 2
This decree shall come into force as from the date of stipulation
For Public cognizance, this decree shall be promulgated by publishing it in the
State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
