AMENDMENT TO ATTACHMENT TO DECREE OF MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE NO.589/MPP/Kep/10/1999 ON STIPULATION OF TYPES OF INDUSTRY IN PROMOTING RESPECTIVE DIRECTORATES GENERAL AND AUTHORITY TO GRANT PERMITS IN AREAS OF
INDUSTRY AND TRADE WITHIN MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE (Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No.233/MPP/Kep/6/2000 dated June 26, 2000)
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE.
a. that the type of Industry animal slaughter (KLUI 15111) as stipulated in the Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No.589/MPP/Kep/10/1999 based on the existing regulations is not under the authority of promotion of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, so that it is deemed necessary to amend the Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade.
b. that for that purpose it is necessary to issue a Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade.
In view of :
1. Presidential Decree No.355/M/1999 on the Establishment of the Cabinet for the Period of 1999-2004 as already amended by the Presidential Decree No.98/M/2000;
2. Presidential Decree No.136/1999 on the Status, Duties, Functions, Organizational Structure and Working System of Ministries as already amended by the Presidential Decree No.147/1999;
3. Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No.589/MPP/Kep/10/1999 on Stipulation of types of Industry In promoting the Respective Directorates General And Authority To Grant Permits in Areas of Industry and Trade Within the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
DECIDES To Stipulate :
DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE ON AMENDMENT TO ATTACMENT TO THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE NUMBER 589/MPP/Kep/10/1999 ON STIPULATION OF TYPES OF INDUSTRY IN PROMOTING THE RESPECTIVE DIRECTORATES GENERAL AND AUTHORITY TO GRANT PERMITS IN THE AREAS OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE WITHIN THE MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE.
Article I
1. To abolish the type of Industry of Animal Slaughter (KLUI:15111) in Attachment 1 to the Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No.589/MPP/Kep/10/1999, so that it is not under the promotion of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
2. All other promotions in the Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No.589/MPP/Kep/10/1999 are declared valid.
Article II This Decree shall come into force as from the date of stipulation.
For public cognizance, this Decree shall be placed in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
