THE AMENDMENT OF ATTACHMENT TO DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE NO. 558/MPP/KEP/12/1998 ON
GENERAL PROVISIONS IN THE EXPORT SECTOR AS HAS BEEN SEVERAL TIMES AMENDED THE LATEST BY DECREE OF THE
MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE NO. 443/MPP/Kep/5/2002
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
Considering :
a. that to encourage the export of commodities especially those having added value as well as to support the conservation of the environment, it is deemed necessary to amend Attachment to Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 558/MPP/Kep/12/1998 as has been several times amended the latest by Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 443/MPP/Kep/5/2002, and restipulate the commodities whose export is governed, controlled and prohibited;
b. that in connection with the above matter, it is necessary to issue a decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade.
In view of :
1. Presidential Decree No. 260/1967 on the affirmation of the tasks and responsibilities of the Minister of Trade in the field of foreign trade;
2. Presidential Decree No. 228/M/2001 on the formation of the Mutual-Help Cabinet;
3. Presidential Decree No. 102/2001 on the position, task, function, authority, organizational structure and work mechanism of ministry;
4. Presidential Decree No. 109/2001 on the organizational unit and task of first echelons within a ministry; 5. Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 558/MPP/Kep/12/1998 on general provisions in the export
sector as has been several times amended the latest by Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 443/MPP/Kep/5/2002;
6. Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 86/MPP/Kep/3/2001 on the organizational structure and work mechanism of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
DECIDES : To stipulate :
Attachment to Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 558/MPP/Kep/12/1998 on general provisions in the export sector shall be amended by revoking Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 443/MPP/Kep/5/2002 and stipulating goods whose exports are regulated, controlled and prohibited as attached thereto.
Article II This decree shall come into force as from the date of stipulation.
For public cognizance, this decree shall be announced by placing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
