REVOCATION OF THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE NO. 31/MPP/SK/2/1996 ON NATIONAL MOTOR VEHICLES
(Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 19/MPP/Kep/1/1998 dated January 21, 1998)
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE Considering:
a. that within the framework of national economic reforms, it is deemed necessary to revoke the Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No.31 /MPP/SK/2/1996 on national motor vehicles;
b. that for this purpose, ft is necessary to issue a decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade to this effect.
In view of :
1 Law No.5/1984 on industrial affairs;
2. Government Regulation No. 1 7/1986 on the authority over industrial management, fostering and development;
3. Government Regulation No..14/1998 on the amendment of Government Regulation No.50/1996 on'the implementation of Law No.8/1983 on value added tax on goods and services and sales tax on luxury goods as already amended by Law No.1 1/1994. as already amended the latest by Government Regulation No.36/1996;
4. Presidential Decree No.45/1972 on the delegation of authority over and the assignment of the.task of the fostering of automotive and heavy duty equipment industries;
5. Presidential Decree No.44/1974 on the organisational principles of ministries; 6. Presidential Decree No.96/M/1993 on the establishment of the sixth
Development Cabinet as already amended by Presidential Decree No.388/M/1995;
8. Presidential Decree No.20/1998 on the revocation of Presidentia Decree No.42/1996 on the production ol national cars;
9. The Decree of the Minister of Industry No-29/MPP/Kep/2/1996 jo. No.92/MPP/Kep/4/1996 on the organisation and operational procedure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
DECIDES: To stipulate:
THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE CONCERNING REVOCATION OF THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE NO.31 /MPP/SK/2/1996 ON NATIONAL MOTOR VEHICLES.
Article 1
To revoke the Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No.31 /MPP/SK/2/1996 on national motol vehicles.
Article 2
With the stipulation of this decree, all provisions for the implementation of the Decree of the Minister ol Industry and Trade No.31 /MPP/SK/2/1996 shall be declared null and void.
Article 3
This decree shall come into force as from February 2. 1998 For Public cognizance, this decree shall be pronkulgated by publishing it in the State Gazette of th( Republic of Indonesia.
