The Swedish Internatronal Development Coopeiation Agency (Sida)

offers, as part oi its bilateral development assistance, Advanced

Inter-national Training Programmes oi strategic irnponance to the socral

and economic development in the partrclpants, countries. The

Interna-tionai Trainang Programmes are specially designed for persons quah_

led to parhcipate in relorm processes of straregtc tmponance on

different levels and holding a posjtion in home organisation with man,

date to run processes of change. This methodology is based on the

assumptton that your country wishes to carry out changes and is will,

ing to invest owr resources to achieve these changes. ln the long,term

perspective the Drogrammes shall contribute to institutional strengtft

enrng and capacity development in the partjcipants' countries_

The tralnrng is focused on support to individual or team plans for change. The plan shall be well established in the participanfs organisa

Cost of Participation
