Description
EONTRIM NOCOR E6 is a super concentrated barium-free water based emulsion rust inhibitor that will protect steel, cast iron, and other ferrous part from in-plant corrosion for up to six months. Parts coated with NOCOR E6 have a soft, almost invisible film that is easily removed using mild cleaners.
Benefit
• Environmental approvals are simplified because EONTRIM NOCOR E6 is nitrite, barium, boron phenol and phosphate free.
• EONTRIM NOCOR E6 is low foaming, for use in low pressure sprays washer and flow coating operation. Dip application is also good a way to apply this product. • An excellent choice where both ferrous
and/or cooper alloy part are being process.
• EONTRIM NOCOR E6 has a moderate pH and is practically odorless, and it’s non flammable for improved safety.
• Working concentration ranges from 4% to 16 %, which translates into much lower cost than traditional straight oil/ solvent. Application Guidelines
• EONTRIM NOCOR E6 must be diluted with water by the user. There are two special mixing requirements. DI or RO water will produce a more stable emulsion and better rust inhibition, but “soft” tap water may be used. EONTRIM NOCOR E6 adalah super konsentrat emulsi pencegah karat berbasis air yang tidak mengandung barium dan akan melindungi steel, cast iron dan part ferrous yang lain dari korosi selama penyimpanan dalam ruangan hingga enam bulan. Part yang dilapisi dengan EONTRIM NOCOR E6 memiliki lapisan film yang lembut dan hampir tak terlihat yang mudah dibersihkan dengan pembersih ringan.

• Pilihan yang tepat untuk proses yang mengerjakan campuran part ferrous dan atau tembaga alloy.
• EONTRIM NOCOR E6 mempunyai pH sedang dan hamper tidak berbau, dan tidak mudah terbakar untuk peningkatan keselamatan.
• Rentang konsentrasi operasi antara 4% sampai 16% sehingga biaya jauh lebih murah dibandingkan menggunakan produk straight oil/ solvent.
Cara Pemakaian
• EONTRIM NOCOR E6 harus diencerkan dengan air oleh pemakai. Tidak ada persyaratan cara pencampuran yang khusus. Air deionisasi atau reverse osmosis akan menghasilkan emulsi yang lebih stabil dan pencegahan karat yang lebih baik. Application Recommendation
Application Concentration:The recommended use concentration of EONTRIM NOCOR E6 is 4% to 16% in water, Add the required amount of NOCOR E6 concentrate to the required amount of water and stir until uniformly mixed.
Use Instruction
• The use of pure, mineral-free (never softened) water to mix this product will improve sump life, reduce concentration usage and reduce carry-off.
• Before using this product on any metals and applications not specially recommended, consult PT. EONCHEMICALS PUTRA, Misapplication may create potential risks of product deterioration, possible adverse health effects and corrosion of work material of the machine tool.
• This product should not be mixed with other metalworking fluid additives, except as recommended by PT. EONCHEMICALS PUTRA, as this may reduce the overall performance of the product as well as result in adverse health effects and damage to the machine tool and parts. If inadvertent contamination should occur, please contact PT. EONCHEMICALS PUTRA for recommended action.

Description
EONTRIM NOCOR S2 is a synthetic, water soluble, ferrous corrosion inhibitor for short-term storage or shipment. Effective at concentrations from 3% – 10% in water, it provides a very thin, water soluble protective film.
Benefit
• The transparent film left by EONTRIM NOCOR S2 is easily removed and will not interfere with additional machining, gauging, or assembly step.
• Barium-free and contains very low levels of volatile organic compounds as applied. Application Guidelines
• EONTRIM NOCOR S2 can be applied by dip, spray, brush, or flow-coating.
• Since EONTRIM NOCOR S2 is low foaming, it is often applied as a final stage rinse in a spray or dip washing system.
• Concentrations of 3% – 5% are generally used for two to four weeks indoor storage.
• Concentrations of 5% – 10% are generally used for four to eight weeks indoor storage.
• As with all water soluble corrosion inhibitors, avoid stacking or packaging parts while still wet.
Checking Concentration
EONTRIM NOCOR S2 concentration may be checked by titration or conductivity. conductivity factor is 0.017, and titration factor is 0.7.

• Bebas Barium dan mengandung sangat sedikit senyawa organik yang mudah menguap.
Cara Pemakaian
• EONTRIM NOCOR S2 dapat diaplikasikan dengan cara pencelupan, penyemprotan, memakai kuas atau alur pengecatan.
• Karena EONTRIM NOCOR S2 rendah busa maka sering diaplikasikan pada pembilasan akhir sistem pencucian semprot atau pencelupan.
• Konsentrasi 3% - 5% biasanya digunakan untuk penyimpanan selama dua sampai empat minggu di dalam ruangan.
• Konsentrasi 5% - 10% biasanya untuk proteksi empat sampai delapan minggu
• Dengan menggunakan corrosion inhibitor yang larut dalam air, hindari terjadinya tumpukan atau pengemasan part yang masih basah
