Industrial Estate is an area where the concentration of industrial activities is equipped
with facilities and supporting infrastructure developed and managed by Industrial Park

In order to accelerate the development of infrastructure of
Industrial Estate, especially electricity, the Government through
GOI Reg. No.142/2015 concerning Industrial Estate article 42,
provides an opportunity for Industrial Estate to seek the
management of electric power:

with facilities for the ease of development
and management of electricity for its own
needs and industries within the industrial
estate
Further provisions concerning facilities
for the ease of development and
management of electricity are stipulated
in a ministerial regulation that carries out
government affairs in the field of energy
and mineral resources”.

Kebijakan tersebut akan memberikan kepastian dalam layanan penerbitan Perizinan dan Nonperizinan termasuk mekanisme layanan online, SOP untuk Perizinan dan Nonperizinan, standarisasi pengawasan, pendampingan, dan fasilitasi kepada investor.

Pengurangan total izin di sektor kehutanan dari 14 izin menjadi 6 izin Percepatan layanan permohonan insentif : tax allowance dari 28 hari
menjadi 25 hari; dan tax holiday dari 65 hari menjadi 45 hari. Pembebasan PPN untuk pembuatan kapal, kereta api, dan industri
pesawat terbang serta industri komponennya (PP No.69/2015). Pengembangan Pusat Logistik Terpadu di Cikarang, Jawa Barat untuk
industri manufaktur; dan Merak (Banten) untuk penyimpanan bahan bakar minyak.

The predicted 5-year economic growth with 5-6% target is based on several things.
