vi PREFACE

Alhamdulillah gratitude to Allah SWT the writer says that with the blessing and grace finally I can finish the final project entitled "The Process of Guiding Tourists in Ngayogyakarta Hadnngrat Palace".

I would like to thank to all those involved in the making of this final project report. I also thank to Mrs.Ardianna Nuraeni, S.S., M. Hum as a supervisor who helped me in all the challenges when completing this final project report.

Based on my observation, this final project report discusses the role of tour guides in Ngayogyakarta Hadnngrat Palace, the process of guiding tourists, my problem as a tour guide, Tepas Keprajuritan’s problems in managing their tour guide, the tourists problems during their visits to the palace, and also the solutions.
