LAMPIRAN 3. Kurva Standar Asam Askorbat dan Total Fenol
Kurva standar asam askorbat menghasilkan persamaan yaitu y = -0,0144 + 0,5802.
Sedangkan untuk total fenol, persamaan kurva standar yang dihasilkan adalah y = 0,0112x
+ 0,041. Persamaan-persamaan tersebut kemudian akan digunakan untuk perhitungan
kandungan asam askorbat dan total fenol sampel pada analisa kimia selanjutnya. Kurva
standar asam askorbat dan total fenol dapat dilihat pada gambar di bawah ini.
