TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN

Abstract: This study is aimed analytical method to determine the effect the implementation of the Professional Nursing Practice Model (MPKP) on Customer Satisfaction in nursing services. The study was conducted in September 2012. Population and sample in this study the inpatient nurses and Nurse Kenanga space that has implemented method of Professional Nursing Practice (MPKP) and families of patients hospitalized in the Kenanga Room and Betet Room Mental Hospital Dr. Radjiman Wedio-diningrat Lawang with the number 2 or Karu, 4 people Katim, 22 Nurse Executive and 23 family members of patients. sampling technique for the implementation of the total sampling MPKP, while customer satisfaction using incidental sampling technique. Data processing is performed by using a statistical test to the formula Non Parametric Spearman Rho. The results of the study there was no effect of the implementation of MPKP to customer satisfaction (0.339 and 0.225> 0.05).
