Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 54 tahun 2010 dan Perubahannya tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah, Pasal 9, ayat (1) d menyatakan bahwa pengguna barang/jasa pemerintah harus memiliki sertifikat keahlian pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah. Pengertian istilah sertifikat keahlian pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah menurut Ketentuan Umum dalam Pasal 1 angka 15 adalah tanda bukti pengakuan atas kompetensi dan kemampuan profesi di bidang pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah yang merupakan persyaratan seseorang untuk diangkat sebagai pengguna barang/jasa atau panitia/pejabat pengadaan.
Program serupa telah dilaksanakan di PPM Manajemen sampai dengan angkatan ke-40 dengan hasil kelulusan yang memuaskan.

Program Pelatihan Sertifikasi Ahli Pengadan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah ini akan diselenggarakan selama 4 (empat) hari dan diakhiri dengan ujian

Persyaratan Ujian Sertifikasi
Persyaratan untuk mengikuti ujian sertifikasi adalah sebagai berikut
1. Sekurang-kurangnya Lulus D3 atau SLTA dengan pengalaman di bidang yang berkaitan dengan pengadaan barang/jasa selama 1 tahun atau lebih
2. Mengisi Formulir Pendaftaran 3. Menunjukkan KTP
Seluruh dokumen harus sudah diserahkan ke Bagian Pelayanan Pelanggan PPM
Government Goods/Services Procurement Expert Certification
Problems To Be Addressed
The President of Republic of Indonesia Decree No. 54 Tahun 2010 and its Amendments on Guidelines for Government Goods/Services Procurement Implementation Article 9 sub-article (1) states that users of government goods/services must have government goods/services procurement certificate. According to Article 1 number 15, the term of government goods/services procurement certificate refers to evidence of recognition on professional competencies and abilities in government goods/services procurement. The certificate is required by a professional to be appointed as user of the
goods/services or the procurement committee/officer.
We have run the similar program from batch I until XXXVII in PPM Manajemen, all with the excellence graduation result.
Objectives
Having attended this certification program, the participants are expected to be able to:
Understand the guidelines for government goods/services procurement implementation according to The President Decree No. 54 Tahun 2010 and its Amendments
Have qualification to meet certification requirement for government goods/services procurement
Become professionals in government goods/services procurement who are able to do his/her job based on Government Goods/Services Procurement Code of Ethics

Participants are from public institution, government technical department and local government, and also professionals from the private sector who have interests and work relationship as provider of government goods/services.
Instructors
The instructors are competent experts from BAPPENAS (National Development Planning Agency), Departemen Pekerjaan Umum (General Work Department), Indonesia Procurement Watch (IPW), and some consultants who have involved in developing the standard of training module according to the President Decree No. 54 Tahun 2010 and its Amendments.
The training will be held in four (4) days and wrapped with examination.

Requirement for Certification Examination
1. Minimum have D3 degree or High School degree with at least 1 year relevant experience in goods/services procurement
2. Completing registration form 3. Submitting of identity card

document by post/courier service or by facsimile. If the document is sent by facsimile, you should submit the similar complete document in the day of the examination.
