Abstract
Recently, the demand of house is in peak level and people have a lots of choices to buy a house. But now, price is not the only factor that affects the decision process. There are several factors, such as the location, the environment, and many more. This Decision Support System is using Simple Additive Weighting method and created to help people by giving recommendation to those who want to buy house. It help them to find the right house according to their need.

Abstrak
Dewasa ini, kebutuhan akan perumahan berada pada level puncak dan masyarakat memiliki banyak pilihan untuk membeli sebuah rumah. Tetapi sekarang harga bukanlah satu-satunya faktor yang mempengaruhi proses pengambilan keputusan. Ada beberapa faktor seperti lokasi, lingkungan, dan lain-lain. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting dan diciptakan untuk membantu masyarakat dengan memberikan rekomendasi kepada mereka yang akan membeli rumah. Sistem ini membantu mereka untuk menemukan rumah yang tepat sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka.
