ABSTRACT
This research aims to examine the influence of financial performance, corporate social responsibility and good corporate governance to firm value. The aim of this research is to find empirical proof about (a) the influence of financial performance to firm value, (b) the influence of corporate social responsibility to firm value, (c) the influence of good corporate governance to firm value.
The sample consist of some manufacture companies listed in the Jakarta Stock Exchange since 2007 until 2010. The method of the sampling is purposive sampling and there are 34 firm with 102 observations. The data is taken from Indonesia Capital Market Directory and the financial report provided in http://www.idx.co.id . Firm value viewed from tobin's q ratio, financial performance viewed from in return on equity, corporate social resonsibility are taken from 78 disclosure items and good corporate governance viewed from in managerial ownership.
The analysis method of this research used multiple regression analysis. The result of hypothesis analysis shows that financial performance, corporate social responsibility, and good corporate governance have negative and doesn't have significant influence toward firm value
