          Sistem  Sintak  Unika  memberikan  layanan yang  memenuhi 

berbagi kebutuhan saya. 

         

Sintak Unika mempunyai tampilan yang memudahkan untuk  mencari layanan yang saya butuhkan. 

         

Sintak  Unika  memberikan  petunjuk  yang  jelas  untuk  tiap  langkah pengoperasian layanan. 

         

Sistem Sintak Unika dapat diakses setiap saat dengan baik.       

System Quality (Palvia, 1996)  STS  TS  N  S  SS  Sistem  dalam  Sintak  unika  menyediakan  pengamanan 

data/informasi. 

     

Sistem pada Sintak Unika bebas error.      

Sistem  pada  Sintak  Unika  meningkatkan  produktivitas  pengguna. Misal: meningkatkan kecepatan dan kemampuan  untuk menentukan mata kuliah yang diambil lewat fitur “KRS  Mandiri”. 

         

Isi/fitur  yang  ada  dalam  Sintak  Unika  sudah  baik  dan  mencukupi kebutuhan.
