EVALUASI KANDUNGAN FRAKSI SERAT BATANG PISANG PRODUK FERMENTASI ANAEROB DENGAN SUPLEMENTASI
NITROGEN, SULPUR DAN POSFOR

ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi suplementasi sumber nitrogen, sulpur dan posfor pada proses fermentasi anaerob batang pisang terhadap kandungan fraksi serat (serat deterjen netral dan serat deterjen asam). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode eksperimental. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan enam perlakuan yaitu P1= nitrogen 2,00% + sulpur 0,20% + posfor 0,20%, P2= nitrogen 2,00% + sulpur 0,30% + posfor 0,20%, P3= nitrogen 2,00% + sulfur 0,40% + fosfor 0,20%, P4= nitrogen 3,00% + sulpur 0,20% + posfor 0,25, P5= nitrogen 3,00% + sulpur 0,30% + posfor 0,25%, dan P6= nitrogen 3,00% + sulpur 0,40% + posfor 0,25%, tiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak empat kali. Peubah yang diamati adalah kandungan serat deterjen netral dan serat deterjen asam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi suplementasi nitrogen 3,00% + sulpur 0,40% + posfor 0,25% memberikan pengaruh terhadap penurunan kandungan fraksi serat dengan kandungan serat deterjen netral dan serat deterjen asam paling rendah yaitu 48,20% dan 36,62%.

ABSTRACT
The aim of this research was to know the effect of supplemented combination by nitrogen, sulphur and phosphor in anaerob fermentation of banana pseudostem to its fiber fraction content (neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber). The research was conducted by using experimental methods. Experimental design used was Completely Random Design, with six treatments P1= nitrogen 2,00% + sulphur 0,20% + phosphor 0,20%, P2= nitrogen 2,00% + sulphur 0,30% + phosphor 0,20%, P3= nitrogen 2,00% + sulphur 0,40% + phosphor 0,20%, P4= nitrogen 3,00% + sulphur 0,20% + phosphor 0,25, P5= nitrogen 3,00% + sulphur 0,30% + phosphor 0,25%, and P6= nitrogen 3,00% + sulphur 0,40% + phosphor 0,25%, ration with four times replication. The observed variables were neutral detergent fiber content and acid detergent fiber content. The results showed that the combination of added supplement of nitrogen 3.00% + sulfur 0.40% + phosphor 0.25% effected to decreased of fiber fraction with neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber the lowest content 48,20% and 36,62%.
