ABSTRAK
Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat efektivitas yang sesuai dengan prinsip – prinsip TPM untuk dapat mengetahui besarnya kerugian (six big losses) meliputi
equipment failure, setup and adjustment losses, reduced speed losses, idling and minor stoppages, rework losses dan scrap/yield losses. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan analisis terhadap faktor yang menjadi prioritas utama sebagai dasar untuk dilakukan perbaikan menggunakan diagram sebab akibat dan mengetahui adanya masing-masing faktor yang terdapat dalam six biglosses yang memberikan kontribusi terbesar dari keenam faktor six big losses menggunakan diagram pareto. PT.Socfindo Aek Loba merupakan pabrik kelapa sawit yang proses produksinya berjalan secara terus menerus . Mesin yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah mesin Boiler I di stasiun pengolahan kelapa sawit dan data yang digunakan adalah satu tahun terakhir yaitu bulan Januari–Desember 2015. Selama periode ini diperoleh nilai overall euipment effectiveness (OEE) yang berkisar antara 89,303%-97,292% dan rasio performance efficiency yang berkisar antara 99,006%-99,688 dan availability sudah tetap antara 90,499-97,904%. Nilai OEE tertinggi yaitu pada bulan Februari 2015 yaitu sebesar 97,292%.

Abstract
The method used is Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is used to measure the level of effectiveness in accordance with the principles of TPM to be able to determine the amount of loss (six big losses) include equipment failure, setup and adjustment losses, reduced speed losses, idling and minor stoppages, rework and scrap losses / yield losses. The purpose of this study is to conduct an analysis of the factors that a top priority as based to be repaired using a causal diagram and determine the existence of each of these factors in six big losses, the biggest contribution of the sixth factor of six big losses using Pareto diagram. PT.Socfindo Aek Loba is a palm oil mill production process runs continuously. The machine that became the object of research is the first machine in the station Boiler palm oil processing and data used is the last one year, January to December 2015. During this period the values obtained equipment overall effectiveness (OEE) ranging from 89,303% -97,292% and the ratio performance efficiency ranged between 99,006% -99,688 and availability has been fixed between 90,499 to 97,904%. OEE value highest in February 2015 in the amount of 97,292%.
