Description
EONTRIM SC310 is a high-oil semi chemical coolant. This product provides the cooling, rust inhibition, and wetting of a premium synthetic with the mechanical lubricant and machine “friendliness” of a soluble oil. EONTRIM SC310 is well suited for general high-speed machining and grinding of all materials.

• EONTRIM SC310 works well in the general machine shop where a soluble oil may smoke or not cool sufficiently under heavy cutting loads.
• In mixed metal situations, concentration control is critical to fight the effects of galvanic corrosion (7.5% plus).
• Concentrations of 7.0% or more offers both the best sump life and corrosion inhibition.
• EONTRIM SC310 is not recommended for use on very reactive metals like aluminum alloys, magnesium and zirconium.
• Check for and correct mechanical causes of foam before adding antifoams.
Application Recommendation

Use Instruction
• Using premixed coolant as make up will substantially improve coolant performance and reduce coolant concentrate purchases. The specific make up concentration selected for your situations should balance the water evaporation rate with the coolant carryout rate(adding make up coolant at 30-40% of the desired working concentration will generally maintain the proper concentration in the sump). • Using DI or mineral-free water will
improve sump life, reduce concentrate usage, reduce carry off and improve corrosion inhibition, etc.
• Micro emulsion products like EONTRIM SC310 work best if they are mixed by adding the coolant concentrate to the water (never the reverse) to help insure that the best micro emulsion possible is formed.
• Before using this product on any metals and applications not specially
recommended, consult PT.

Instruksi Penggunaan
• Penggunaan coolant yang telah dicampur dengan air untuk make up akan memperbaiki performance coolant dan menurunkan jumlah kebutuhan konsentrat coolant. Konsentrasi make up yang tepat untuk masing-masing mesin harus memperhitungkan tingkat penguapan air dan jumlah terbawanya coolant oleh benda kerja (biasanya make up dilakukan dengan konsentrasi 30-40 % dari konsentrasi working solution yang diinginkan).
• Gunakan air murni, bebas mineral (jangan air lunak) dicampurkan ke produk akan meningkatkan umur coolant mengurangi konsentrasi yang digunakan dan mengurangi carryoff dan menambah proteksi korosi, dan lain-lain.
• Produk mikro emulsi seperti EONTRIM SC 310 akan bekerja optimal jika dicampurkan dengan cara menuangkan

• This product should not be mixed with other metalworking fluid additives, except as recommended by PT. EONCHEMICALS PUTRA, as this may reduce the overall performance of the product as well as result in adverse health effects and damage to the machine tool and parts. If inadvertent contamination should occur, please contact PT. EONCHEMICALS PUTRA for recommended action.
