• Can run at lower concentrations for
higher speed operations where heat removal is the key issue.
• Higher concentrations are recommended
on soft, gummy materials and for lower speed operations where friction reduction and control of BUE are critical
• Concentrations of 7-10 provide the best
sump life and most predictable
performance.

Use Instruction
• Chemical emulsions like EONTRIM E709
work best if they are mixed with room temperature water and by adding the coolant concentrate to the water; NEVER THE REVERSE.
• Using premixed coolant as make up will
substantially improve coolant
performance and reduce coolant
concentrate purchases. The specific make up concentration selected for your situation should balance the water evaporation rate with the coolant carry out rate. (Adding make-up coolant about
a half of the desired working
concentration will generally maintain the proper concentration in the sump).

Description
EONTRIM E9010 is soluble oil or chemical emulsion coolant concentrate designed as a
general purpose multi-metal coolant
machining of ferrous and nonferrous materials. It has the lubricity and “guts” necessary to do heavy –duty machining center work and still provide the wetting and cooling necessary to do high-speed turning and grinding operations.

extreme-pressure (EP) additive to control built up edge (BUE).
• Has a very wide application range
allowing its effective use on such diverse operations as production, surface and
center-less grinding, heavy duty
broaching, gear hobbing and replacing straight oil on some types of screw machines.

emulsion to reduce carryof and to facilitate getting the fluid to the point of cut.
• Reject tramp oil to help extend sump life

EONONTRIM E9010 adalah suatu konsentrat oli soluble atau emulsi coolant yang serba guna. Dapat digunakan pada bahan ferrous dan nonferrous. Daya pelumasannya baik dan sangat membantu untuk pekerjaan machining center yang berat serta juga mempunyai sifat pembasahan dan pendinginan yang diperlukan pada pengerjaan turning kecepatan tinggi dan grinding.

• Mengandung EP aditif (extreme-pressure) yang sangat efektif untuk mengontrol melekatnya chip pada tool (BUE).
• Memiliki range aplikasi yang lebar, efektif digunakan berbagai macam operasi produksi, surface atau centerless grinding, heavy duty broaching, gear hobbing dan bisa menggantikan straight oil pada beberapa tipe screw machine.
• Ukuran partikel, halus sangat stabil sehingga kemungkinan terbawa berkurang dan cairan lebih mudah menembus bagian yang dipotong.
• Menolak tramp oil untuk memperpanjang umur coolant dan memudahkan recycling.

Instruksi Penggunaan
• Menggunakan air murni atau air bebas mineral dicampur dengan produk akan menambah umur coolant, mengurangi pemakaian konsentrasi dan mengurangi carry-off.
• Coolant emulsi EONTRIM E9010 bekerja sangat baik jika dicampur dengan air pada suhu ruang dan dengan penambahan konsentrat coolant ke dalam air. JANGAN TERBALIK.
• Menggunakan coolant yang premix sebagai top up akan menambah performance coolant dan menurunkan konsumsi konsentrat coolant. Konsentrasi top up ditentukan sesuai dengan situasi yang harus berimbang antara air yang menguap dengan banyaknya coolant yang terbawa benda kerja (umumnya top up dengan 40-50% dari kosentrasi operasi sudah membuat konsentrasi yang terjaga).
