EONTRIM C115 is a high-performance synthetic fluid for working cast iron and mild steels. State-of the- art chemical technology provides excellent cooling and chip settling, good tramp oil rejection and machine cleanliness while leaving a protective film on the machine tool.Benefit

Application Guidelines
• EONTRIM C115 is not recommended in machine tools that rely on the splash of the coolant to lubricate the mechanical portions of the machine tool; e.g., older screw machines, etc.

Cara Pemakaian
• Tidak dianjurkan untuk mesin yang memanfaatkan percikan dari coolant untuk melumasi bagian-bagian mekanik dari mesin seperti pada mesin-mesin screw model lama.

Use Instruction
• Using premixed coolant as make up will substantially improve coolant performance and reduce coolant concentrate purchases. The specific make up concentration selected for your situation should balance the water evaporation rate with the coolant carry out rate. (Adding make-up coolant about a half of the desired working concentration will generally maintain the proper concentration in the sump). • The use of pure, mineral-free (never
softened) water to mix this product will improve sump life, reduce concentration usage and reduce carry-off, and improve corrosion protection, etc.
• Before using this product on any metals and applications not specially recommended, consult PT. EONCHEMICALS PUTRA, Misapplication may create potential risks of product deterioration, possible adverse health effects and corrosion of work material of the machine tool.
• This product should not be mixed with other metalworking fluid additives, except as recommended by PT. EONCHEMICALS PUTRA, as this may reduce the overall performance of the product as well as result in adverse health effects and damage to the machine tool and parts. If inadvertent contamination should occur, please contact PT. EONCHEMICALS PUTRA for recommended action.

Description
EONTRIM C270 is our newest synthetic coolant. It is a low oil fluid which meets the needs of the modern and demanding job shops. EONTRIM C270 makes use of the latest in synthetic coolant formulation and a specially synthesized oil to produce a versatile product ready to meet the demands of the 21st century. This combination of a propriety chemical formulation and the new synthetic oil technology results in a semi synthetic product that will not foam, reject tramp oil, has great sump life and is kind to both machines and operators. This product will perform well in center less and cylindrical form grinding as well as on high speed, single point turning, and down the hole work on vertical and horizontal machining centers.
Benefit
• Compatible with a very wide range of materials including: cast iron, steels, and copper alloys, as well as plastics and composites.
• Has the lubricity to do form grinding, drilling, tapping and reaming operations without the use of chlorine or sulfur based EP additive.
• Will not foam even at very high pressures and flow rates.
• Is a water clear fluid to allow easy viewing of parts during grinding and machining.
• Has good flushing action so that chips and fines are readily flushed into the machine’s chip removal system.
• Has very low carry off to reduce the need for makeup coolant for low, long team operations costs.

EONTRIM C270 adalah coolant sintetik dengan formulasi mutakhir. EONTRIM C270 mengandung oil yang rendah, sangat cocok untuk memenuhi tuntutan kebutuhan pabrikasi pada masa kini. Perpaduan dari bahan-bahan kimia yang khusus serta teknologi oli synthetic masa kini menghasilkan suatu produk yang tidak berbusa, tidak bercampur dengan tramp oil, lebih tahan lama serta membantu pekerjaan mesin dan operator. Unjuk kerja EONTRIM C270 akan sama baiknya, baik digunakan pada grinding centerless dan silinder maupun pada single point turning serta pembuatan lubang secara vertical atau horizontal pada kecepatan tinggi.
