Abstract
Mikrotik is a network device that can be used to build hotspot system. In Mikrotik hotspot system if time-based access expired, user needed to purchase time-based access. Purchasing time-based access caused user account replacement. Based on that problem, hotspot system that supports hotspot refill time-based access is needed. Refill time-based access feature will prevent account replacement upon purchasing time-based access. Voucher is used to refill based access. Voucher contains hotspot package for time-based access. The purpose of the research was to find the way to design time-time-based access refill system using vouchers. The result of the study was voucher refill system for time-based access Mikrotik hotspot. To measure user satisfaction in the hotspot system, Likert scale questionnaire was used to collect the data.

Abstrak
Mikrotik adalah perangkat jaringan yang dapat digunakan untuk membangun sistem
hotspot. Pada sistem hotspot Mikrotik jika time-based access habis, pengguna harus membeli time-based access. Pembelian time-based access menyebabkan penggantian akun yang dimiliki oleh pengguna. Berdasar dari permasalahan tersebut, maka diperlukan sebuah sistem hotspot yang mendukung fitur refill time-based access. Refilltime-based access tersebut akan mencegah penggantian akun saat pembelian time-based access.
Refill time-based access dilakukan menggunakan voucher, voucher berisi paket hotspot
yang dapat ditukar dengan time-based access. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah bagaimana merancang sistem refill time-based access dengan menggunakan voucher. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem voucher refill pada time-based access hotspot Mikrotik. Sebagai sarana pengukuran kepuasan pengguna pada sistem hotspot, maka akan digunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert untuk pengumpulan data.
