USAGE GUIDELINES
CLEAR SPACE AND SIZING
A minimum amount of clear space equal to 1/5 the height of the Certiicate of Excellence logo is required. Certiicate of Excellence logos should read legibly when reduced in size.
For best results, a minimum 120 pixel width for standard logos is recommended.
FILE TYPES
Certiicate of Excellence logos are provided for your use across all media, please use as provided. • For print purposes use vector (EPS) iles • For online purposes use raster (JPG/PNG) iles • When logo is present on the page, you do not
need to reference TripAdvisor Certiicate of Excellence in the text
Vector EPS graphics are scalable, print-quality iles that work in any Adobe or other industry standard print or web layout software. All other ile types are available by request.

These guidelines are provided by TripAdvisor in order to provide you with guidance concerning appropriate uses of the Certiicate of Excellence mark and Certiicate of Excellence logo. Any claims, statements or allegations you make should be reviewed by your company’s legal counsel for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
RIGHTS OF USE
The Certiicate of Excellence mark and the Certiicate of Excellence logo are registered and/or common law trademarks owned by TripAdvisor. As a winner of a Certiicate of Excellence award, you are hereby granted a limited, nontransferable, non-sublicensable, personal, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use and display the Certiicate of Excellence mark and Certiicate of Excellence logo. All advertisements and promotions using the Certiicate of Excellence mark or Certiicate of Excellence logo must be submitted to TripAdvisor for approval prior to use. You’ll ind contact information at the end of this document. The Certiicate of Excellence logo must be used in a consistent manner and must always be used in full and in the same colour, font and shape as provided by TripAdvisor. You may not directly or indirectly change, edit, add to, copy or extract content from or produce derivatives of the Certiicate of Excellence logo or any content within the Certiicate of Excellence logo. The Certiicate of Excellence logo must be used in an accurate manner that would not mislead consumers in any way.
DURATION OF USE
You may use the 2017 Certiicate of Excellence logo in perpetuity. However, consistent with the terms of these guidelines, you may only use the Certiicate of Excellence logo in the form provided, which prominently displays the “2017” designation.
CROSS-SELLING
The Certiicate of Excellence mark and Certiicate of Excellence logo may only appear on or in connection with the winning hotel, restaurant, attraction or destination. If any advertising features multiple businesses, it must be made clear that the award has only been given to the speciic winning place or product.
