Submission of Foreign-Customer Taxation-Related Information Further Regulated
The Financial Services Authority ( OJK ) has issued Circular Letter No. 16/SEOJK.03/2017 on the Submission of Foreign-Customer Taxation Information for the Purpose of the Automatic Exchange of Information Through Common Reporting Standards (

), which sets out a number of further provisions which implement the following legal documents:
1. OJK Regulation No. 25/POJK.03/2015 on the Submission of Foreign-Customer Taxation Information to Participating Countries or Jurisdictions;
2. Bilateral or multilateral Competent Authority Agreements ( CAA ) which have been signed by the Indonesian
Government for the implementation of the Automatic Exchange of Information ( AEOI
) obligation through the use of the Common Reporting Standard ( CRS
)
