TENTANG
PEMBEBASAN BEA MASUK ATAS IMPOR KOMPONEN / SUKU CADANG
UNTUK INDUSTRI PERKAPALAN DAN JASA PELAYARAN
MENTERI KEUANGAN,
Menimbang
: a.
bahwa untuk mendorong perkembangan industri perkapalan dan
meningkatkan daya saing industri jasa pelayaran di dalam negeri, dipandang
perlu memberikan pembebasan Bea Masuk atas impor komponen/suku
cadang untuk industri perkapalan dan jasa pelayaran;
b.
bahwa berdasarkan pertimbangan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam huruf a,
perlu menetapkan Peraturan Menteri Keuangan tentang Pembebasan Bea
Masuk Atas Impor Komponen/Suku Cadang Untuk Industri Perkapalan Dan
Jasa Pelayaran;
Mengingat :

Undang-Undang Nomor 10 Tahun 1995 tentang Kepabeanan (Lembaran
Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1995 Nomor 75, Tambahan Lembaran
Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 3612);

Keputusan Presiden Nomor 20/P Tahun 2005;
3.
Keputusan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 545/KMK.01/2003 tentang Penetapan
Sistem Klasifikasi Barang Impor;
4.
Keputusan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 547/KMK.01/2003 tentang Penetapan
Tarif Bea Masuk Atas Barang Impor;
MEMUTUSKAN :
Menetapkan
: PERATURAN MENTERI KEUANGAN TENTANG PEMBEBASAN BEA
MASUK ATAS IMPOR KOMPONEN / SUKU CADANG UNTUK INDUSTRI
PERKAPALAN DAN JASA PELAYARAN.
Pasal 1
Pasal 2
Terhadap impor suku cadang kapal dan alat untuk keselamatan pelayaran dan
keselamatan manusia sebagaimana ditetapkan dalam Lampiran II Peraturan
Menteri Keuangan ini, diberikan pembebasan Bea Masuk sehingga tarif akhir
Bea Masuk menjadi 0% (nol perseratus).
Pasal 3

Permohonan pembebasan Bea Masuk sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 1
diajukan kepada Direktur Jenderal Bea dan Cukai dengan tembusan kepada
Direktur Jenderal Industri Alat Transportasi dan Telematika, Departemen
Perindustrian.
(2)
Permohonan Pembebasan Bea Masuk sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 2
diajukan kepada Direktur Jenderal Bea dan Cukai dengan tembusan kepada
Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Laut, Departemen Perubungan.
Pasal 4
Direktur Jenderal Bea dan Cukai atas nama Menteri Keuangan menerbitkan
Keputusan menteri Keuangan tentang pemberian pembebasan Bea Masuk
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 1 dan Pasal 2 dengan berpedoman pada
Daftar Barang-Barang serta Spesifikasi sebagaimana ditetapkan dalam Lampiran
I Dan II Peraturan Menteri Keuangan ini.
Pasal 5
Direktur Bea dan Cukai diinstruksikan untuk melaksanakan ketentuan dalam
Peraturan Menteri Keuangan ini.
Pasal 6
Peraturan Menteri Keuangan ini mulai berlaku sejak tanggal ditetapkan dan
berlaku selama 12 (duabelas) bulan terhitung sejak tanggal 21 Juni 2006.
Agar setiap orang mengetahuinya, memerintahkan pengumuman Peraturan
Menteri Keuangan ini dengan penempatannya dalam Berita Negara Republik
Indonesia.
